Thinking light weight rain gear. I like to shop value not just price. Looking for something quiet and durable that allows free movement. Probably go with over size so can layer for cooler temps or wind. It is always windy in South Dakota it just a matter of how strong and what direction? Don't need a bunch of bells and whistles just basic functional. Any comments and where are you using any examples?
