does anyone know the name and manufacture of these floating minnow head? i have looked on BPS several times and can't find them!

I wish I could help. I did a Google search for in line spinners and walleye rigs but no luck. I've never heard of floating in-line spinners, but if I find them I'll post the source. Good luck.

BTW, what fish bite them? Do you tip them with minnows? Interesting design I just might try duplicating.
